Grace and peace – that’s what Christians have been wishing one another for centuries, and that is what I know you will find at Christ United Methodist Church.  I know this with certainty because, only a few weeks ago I came to Christ Church for the first time.  My family and I have been welcomed with open arms, wide smiles, and great joy.

Christ Church is a small but mighty community of faith where you will find people who are genuinely happy to see you and who care about you.  You will find opportunities to worship, grow in faith, and serve others.

905323_10151501165699425_91315326_oChildren are welcomed into worship at Christ Church even if, like my two toddlers, they don’t always sit still and sometimes need to speak up!  This community of faith celebrates the joy that children add to worship and the way the Holy Spirit shares with all of us through them.  But, for parents who need a break, a well-stocked nursery, also tested by my children, is ready to go and has a speaker for listening to the Sanctuary audio.

Already in our first weeks at Christ Church, my family has been embraced, and I hope that when you need to feel embraced you might come and see for yourself what I’m talking about.  There are no requirements here – come as you are, when you are ready.  Worries, doubts, and fears are welcome here, joys and sorrows shared.  Your family will be embraced here, and if you don’t have a family one will be instantly provided for you.

If you’d like to talk more about Christ Church, don’t hesitate to contact me!

Grace and peace to you,
